  • Our online store generally accepts orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week, making it convenient for you to shop at any time.

Shipping Schedule:

  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in the Midwest seven days a week.
  • We observe major US holidays; therefore, orders are not fulfilled on these days.
  • For orders placed before 2 PM Central Standard Time (CST), we offer same-day shipping. Orders placed after this cutoff time will be shipped within one business day.

Delivery Requirements:

  • All orders require an adult signature (age 21 or over) at the time of delivery. This ensures the responsible handling and receipt of our products.
  • You will be required to provide photo identification upon delivery to verify that you are age 21 or over. El Blunto and/or its employees, agents, contractors, or designated common carriers reserve the right to refuse delivery to any individual who fails to provide such identification.

Communication and Tracking:

  • We keep you informed every step of the way. You will generally receive updates via email and/or SMS text at the following stages:
    • Order Confirmation: Acknowledging receipt of your order.
    • Order Shipped: Notification that your order is on its way.
    • Order Delayed: In the event of a delay, we'll let you know and provide details.
    • Order Out for Delivery: Alerting you that your order is on the final leg of its journey.
    • Order Arrived: Confirmation of delivery.
